Warehouse Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, verifying product information, and using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track materials. The ideal candidate has previous inventory control experience, strong math and organizational skills, and a valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Accurately track and maintain inventory records.
• Operate RF scanners to receive, move, and issue materials.
• Verify product quantities, locations, lot numbers, and part numbers.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• safely load, unload, and transport materials using sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of inventory control or inventory clerk experience.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Inventory control experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
