Role: RN – Virtual Care / Message Center Location: 3200 Breckenridge Blvd., Duluth, GA 30096 Job Code: Outpatient Clinic RN Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Role Overview

This RN will support the Virtual Care – Message Center , specifically the Complex New Member Onboarding Team . Requirements

Must-Have Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical RN experience Virtual Care experience preferred , will also consider ER backgrounds Licenses/Certifications: Active State RN License (GA or Compact) BLS – Required ACLS – Required Responsibilities Managing electronic and telephonic patient messages Monitoring and triaging incoming call queues Applying nurse assessment and clinical judgment for patient triage Escalating to physicians as needed Ensuring timely & accurate documentation in the care system About LanceSoft
