Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time – 100% Remote) Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50–$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000–$3,000+/week) Type: Hourly + Performance Bonuses | Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule Ready to build a real career—not just clock in and out? About the Role We’re looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You’ll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process — all from your laptop. Whether you’re experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we’ll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.
