Sr IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives and business transformation projects. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving successful ERP implementations and enhancements.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to gather, document, and prioritize requirementsLead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessionsAnalyze current-state and future-state business processesSupport ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, and optimization projectsDevelop functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentationCollaborate with developers, ERP consultants, project managers, and business usersFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activitiesIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practicesAssist with data migration, reporting, and system integration initiativesTrack project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
