Responsibilities

• The Recruiter works closely with leadership to develop a strategic recruitment plan to fill current and future needs for the Health System
• They are responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative and professional positions throughout the system

Skills

• Associate Degree required
• Over 10 years Recruitment experience
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
