We are seeking experienced Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) professionals for a large-scale, multi-year Oracle OPAL implementation project. The project will be delivered across 4 implementation waves and includes approximately 220 OPAL record types, 14 integrations, 8 data conversion objects, and 60 custom reports.

Open Positions

Data Migration Consultant – 2 Part-Time

  • Oracle OPAL data migration/conversion experience.
  • Data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • ETL, SQL, mock conversions, UAT, cutover, and production migration experience.

Oracle OPAL Functional Consultant – 2 Full-Time

  • Hands-on OPAL implementation and configuration experience.
  • Requirements gathering, design workshops, configuration, and functional documentation.
  • UAT, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare experience.
  • Permitting/licensing business process experience preferred.

Oracle OPAL Integration Consultant – 1 Full-Time

  • Strong Oracle OPAL and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
  • Design and development of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with interface testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Experience supporting multiple system integrations preferred.

Oracle OPAL Integration Consultant – 1 Part-Time

  • OPAL and OIC experience.
  • Integration development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • REST/SOAP/API experience preferred.

Oracle OPAL Reporting Consultant – 1 Part-Time

  • Oracle OPAL reporting experience.
  • Strong OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience.
  • SQL, dashboard development, report testing, validation, and deployment.

General Requirements

  • Direct Oracle OPAL / Oracle Permitting and Licensing experience is highly preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with testing, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support.
  • Ability to work with distributed US and India project teams.
