Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring for a Production Lead in Columbus, OH. You will oversee 15+ employees in an automated environment, uphold safety standards, and ensure 5S and quality conformance across all stages of glass production.

You will monitor upstream quality, maintain daily checks, and drive on-time delivery with continuous improvement initiatives. Must have 1-2 years of lead experience and prior manufacturing background.
