Plumbing Field SupervisorBassett Services is looking for an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to help lead and support our growing Plumbing, Drains, and Water Quality team in the Indianapolis market. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our team's success, help develop the next generation of technicians, and contribute to a company that values integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.What You'll Do:Lead and support daily plumbing and drain operationsCoordinate plumbing installations and oversee project executionPull permits and ensure compliance with local codes and regulationsConduct truck inspections to maintain organization, safety, and readinessProvide technical training, coaching, and mentorship to plumbing techniciansPerform job site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactionHandle customer escalations and run service call-backs as neededPartner with leadership to improve operational performance and team developmentSupport a culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer service excellenceWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 8 years of residential plumbing and drain experiencePrevious leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferredActive plumbing license preferredStrong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsKnowledge of residential plumbing installation, service, and drain systemsExperience handling customer concerns and resolving escalated situationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and support multiple technicians in the fieldTop Candidates Bring:Residential and light commercial water quality experienceOSHA 30 certificationExperience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar field service management softwareCompensation & Benefits:$75,000 - $110,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)Health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesBassett Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees and applicants.
