Responsibilities

  • Care for patients with New and follow up - Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, patients on Insulin Pumps, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis follow up
  • Expand clinical expertise into additional endocrine conditions based on experience and interest

Compensation

  • $95.79 - $100.57 /Hr.

Requirements

  • 6 months to a 1 year endocrine related clinical experience (preferred)
  • GLP1-RA, insulin pump and CGM experience (preferred)
  • Current California State NP or PA License
  • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Active DEA registration
  • On-site role
  • Preferred: 1 - 2 years in Endocrinology, Diabetes or Gestational Diabetes
