Responsibilities
- Care for patients with New and follow up - Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, patients on Insulin Pumps, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis follow up
- Expand clinical expertise into additional endocrine conditions based on experience and interest
Compensation
- $95.79 - $100.57 /Hr.

Requirements
- 6 months to a 1 year endocrine related clinical experience (preferred)
- GLP1-RA, insulin pump and CGM experience (preferred)
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Active DEA registration
- On-site role
- Preferred: 1 - 2 years in Endocrinology, Diabetes or Gestational Diabetes
