Our Night Shift Selectors make $23.12/ hour, plus incentive pay</h1>With our Flex Scheduling options, a true work-life balance is within reach at US Foods. Multiple full-time shift/schedules available, options may include both 3, 4, and 5-day workweeks.<ul><li>SHIFT: Start Time: 5:30 PM - until Finish</li><li>SCHEDULE: 4 Day Work Week to include Saturdays off and 2 other consecutive days off between Sunday - Friday </li><li>PAY: $23.12/hour</li></ul>Main Ingredients of the Job As a US FOODS® Night Warehouse Selector, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else. We TEAM UP to deliver exact and damage-free orders. Your efforts are the foundation that defines US FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.What You Bring to the Table <ul><li>Able to work 8+ hour night shifts. (At times weekends and holidays will be required )</li><li>Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred.<ul><li>Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc. </li></ul></li><li>Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred. </li><li>Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred. </li></ul>Physical Requirements <ul><li>Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required. </li><li>Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required. </li></ul>Great Night Warehouse Selectors are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization.
