What You ll Do

  • Provide neonatology care in a Level II NICU with a 6-bed nursery
  • Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered, high-quality healthcare
  • Support and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects
  • Engage in best practice exchanges with a network of over 400 Pediatrix NICUs
  • Contribute to expanding neonatal services at the facility
  • Participate in covering the newborn nursery during assigned shifts
  • Support team efforts to deliver safe, effective patient care

What You Need
Required:

  • Board Certification in Neonatology
  • Valid medical license in Virginia (or eligible to obtain)
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in neonatal intensive care
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
