What You ll Do
- Provide neonatology care in a Level II NICU with a 6-bed nursery
- Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered, high-quality healthcare
- Support and participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects
- Engage in best practice exchanges with a network of over 400 Pediatrix NICUs
- Contribute to expanding neonatal services at the facility
- Participate in covering the newborn nursery during assigned shifts
- Support team efforts to deliver safe, effective patient care
What You Need
Required:
- Board Certification in Neonatology
- Valid medical license in Virginia (or eligible to obtain)
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
Preferred:
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
