Medical Receptionist (Covina Locations) (Spanish is Required)
Check-Out Desk (Covina ) (Spanish Required)
Positions available for a Busy Pain Management Office with several different locations. Travel is Required to various offices based on need.
We are willing to Train New Graduates. Looking for someone that wants to come to work each day and be a part of a team. We have clinic and procedure days so we are busy and looking for someone that like's fast paced environments.
Responsibilities will include:
Patient Care and All Compliance in a Medical Office
Using Electronic Medical Records (Tebra)
Taking Patient History
Monitoring Patient after Procedure (Recovery)
Maintain Inventory & Order when needed
Process Patient Samples to send to appropriate Laboratory
All other duties as required for Patient Care
Patient Intake for New and Follow Up Patients
Assisting the Provider with Patient Care
Administrative Duties include: Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Electronic Filing Patient Documents, HIPPA Compliancy, Procedure Scheduling.
Front Medical Receptionist- Check in ALL Patients including ensuring Insurance is up to date and all Patient Demographics is Current and Up to Date.
Requirements:
Completed Medical Assistant Program
Bilingual in Spanish
Computer Literate
Ability to perform all Medical Assistant Duties as required for Patient Care
Computer Skill (Previous EHR Experience a Plus)
Ability to Multi-Task
Salary: DOE $18.50-$20
Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K Plan with Paid Time Office and Holiday Pay.
