Maintenance Supervisor - TPM Leader in Manufacturing

IDEMIA is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer to plan, design and implement maintenance programs that optimize availability of production site equipment. This role will lead Direct Maintenance Technicians and drive continuous improvement within the area of responsibility.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 3–5 years in a manufacturing maintenance environment, experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, and strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration
