About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Calvert Manor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Have previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
- Be able to work Weekends only or Part Time
