Job Overview

We are seeking an adaptable Junior to Mid-Level Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. Candidate must wear many hats, manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion and handle everything from marketing materials and social media content to photography and website updates. Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can pivot quickly between projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Visual Content Creation: Design/update diverse marketing assets, including social media content, email newsletters, sales sheets, pricelists and presentation decks.

-Web Design & Updates: Layout new landing pages and website sections while managing daily

front-end updates, banner changes, and content optimization.

-Project Multitasking: Coordinate directly with company owner to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities independently.

-Asset Management: Organize & maintain company's digital asset library, pricing lists and CRM.

-Basic Technical Support: Troubleshoot minor site formatting issues and optimize image file sizes

to preserve website performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role with a portfolio

showcasing web-related work.

• Design Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) and Figma

or Adobe XD.

• Web Platforms: Hands-on experience editing content within platforms like WordPress, Shopify,

or Squarespace; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a major plus.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional time-management and organization skills, with a proactive attitude

toward learning new tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $23 - $28 / hour (commensurate with experience).
