WE’RE HIRING: HOME CARE COORDINATORS!

Are you organized, dependable, and experienced in the home care industry? We’re looking for a Home Care Coordinator to join our team!

Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Schedule: Full Time

Monday to Thursday : 8 AM - 4PM

Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM

Pay: $25 - $30

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous home care coordination experience required
• Experience with HHAeXchange required
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Excellent communication with caregivers, clients, and families
• Ability to multitask and handle scheduling changes
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate client and caregiver schedules
• Manage staffing and coverage
• Communicate with HHAs, clients, and families
• Monitor schedules and care needs
• Handle call-outs and last-minute changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Help ensure quality and consistent home care services
