P.O.P.S. Pride of Philly Steaks is looking for dependable, hardworking overnight team members to join our crew.

The overnight shift is a big part of who we are.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency during overnight hours
• Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient prep to support daily operations and special catering requests
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs for timely restocking
• Support online orders by efficiently and accurately preparing the order
• Adhere to dietary guidelines and accommodate special dietary requests when applicable

Experience

• Prior experience in a fast paced operation is highly desired
• Grill experience is a plus
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary setting
• Experience in multi faceted operations including online orders and and catering services preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in food safety standards are essential
• Exposure to fast casual / quick service will be highly considered
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food industry best practices is advantageous
• Previous night shift or graveyard shift experience is a plus but not required
