We are looking for experienced, motivated, and results-driven professionals to join our growing team.

• 1 Experienced Appointment Confirmer

We generate le through social media, digital marketing, and other channels, and we're looking for strong communicators who know how to turn homeowner interest into qualified, confirmed appointments.

Our company is a General Contractor with an A+ BBB rating and is recognized among the top 1% of licensed contractors.

APPOINTMENT SETTERS

As an Appointment Setter, you'll speak with homeowners who have responded to our social media advertising and expressed interest in home improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing social media le
• Build rapport and create a positive homeowner experience
• Ask effective discovery and qualification questions
• Identify homeowners' project needs, goals, and interests
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate notes and CRM information
• Follow up with le when appropriate
• Consistently meet appointment and performance goals

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has proven appointment-setting or inside sales experience
• Is confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Can build rapport quickly
• Knows how to listen, ask effective questions, and guide a conversation
• Is persistent without being pushy
• Is organized and comfortable working in a CRM
• Is motivated by performance and earning potential

CONFIRMERS

We're also hiring an experienced and highly effective Appointment Confirmer.

Your role is critical: making sure the appointments our setters schedule actually show.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners to confirm upcoming appointments
• Verify appointment details and homeowner availability
• Re-establish the value and excitement surrounding the appointment
• Identify potential issues before the appointment
• Reschedule appointments when necessary
• Reduce cancellations, no-shows, and unqualified appointments
• Document all confirmation activity in the CRM
• Work closely with the scheduling and sales teams

You're persistent, personable, organized, and excellent on the phone. You know how to get homeowners committed to an appointment without creating a negative customer experience.
