A medical center in eastern North Carolina has an opportunity for a Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage. Opportunity Details: Level I trauma Schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a, specific dates No call required Setting: 20-bed NSICU Patient Census: 20 total per day Required Procedures: Arterial and central lines, lumbar punctures, vent management Will respond to codes Support Staff: Neurosurgeons, neurologists, APPs EMR: Epic Must be board-certified ACLS and BLS required Paid travel & expenses During your time off, shop at a bustling farmers market, enjoy outdoor concerts on a grassy town commons, and kayak on a winding river.
