Christmas light installation Crew Leader

Jingle Bell Lights is hiring an experienced, dependable Exterior Christmas Lighting Crew Leader for our busy holiday season.

This is a temporary full-time position with significant overtime available during peak season. You will lead a small crew installing professional Christmas lighting and decorations on residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage an installation crew
• Install Christmas lights on roofs, trees, palms, buildings, and landscaping
• Work safely from ladders and at heights
• Drive company trucks while pulling trailers
• Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
• Keep the crew productive and jobs moving efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and management
• Troubleshoot lighting and installation issues
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

Requirements:

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to work outdoors for long days
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a pickup truck with a trailer
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation to our Apopka warehouse
• Must have excellent attendance during our peak season
• Must be available throughout November, including overtime, except Thanksgiving

Pay: Starting at $22 per hour + overtime
