We are looking for motivated, energetic Canvassing Representatives to walk residential neighborhoods and schedule homeowners for FREE, no-obligation home improvement estimates.

No experience? We will train the right person.

What You'll Do:

• Speak directly with homeowners

• Introduce our services

• Identify residents interested in improving their property

• Schedule appointments (You are NOT responsible for closing the sale)

Compensation:

• $14/hr during training → $17/hr after training

• + 2% Commission on closed sales

• Performance bonuses

• Paid Training

• Transportation provided during work hours

(Our average project is approximately $30,000. At 2% commission, one average $30,000 closed project can earn you about $600 in commission, on top of your hourly pay)

• Experience in canvassing, roofing, solar, home improvement, appointment setting, door-to-door, or direct sales is a plus.
