Behavior Technician

Pay

$16.80 - $20 per hour, based on experience and completion of RBT certification. Training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Support children in developing functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and milestones with children and families.

Required Skills

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
