MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets; maintain inventory levels; Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including bar equipment, tools, supplies, and floors; Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries; Set-up and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas; Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; escalate as needed
